Role & responsibilities 1) Marketing Strategy a) Develop communication strategy aligning with the objectives of the company b) Develop brand book to ensure consistent brand messaging 2) Channel Identification & budget management a) Identify the most effective online and offline marketing channels b) Allocate and manage the marketing budget across various channels to maximize ROI 3) Team leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team, including copywriters, graphic designers, and marketing executives 4) Campaign Management a) Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. b) Brainstorm and contribute ideas for advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement & quality & quantity of the leads c) Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies 5) Marketing material oversight: Oversee and approve all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines 6) Copy-writing a) Craft engaging and persuasive copy for both print and digital mediums, including brochures, posters, social media creatives, websites, and more. b) Develop written content such as blog posts, articles, and press releases that align with Northeast Chit Funds brand identity. 7) SEO a) Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic. b) Conduct keyword research, analyze search trends, and identify opportunities to optimize content for search engines c) Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging d) Monitor website performance, search engine rankings, and user engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts 8) Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and finance departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives 9) Industry knowledge & innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, best practices, and emerging technologies to innovate and improve marketing efforts. Preferred candidate profile 1) Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; 2) Proven experience 3-7 years in a marketing role, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies 3) Strong understanding of marketing principles 4) Excellent leadership and team management skills 5) Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 6) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights 7) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 8) Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities 9) Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices
