Key Responsibilities Proactive management of a portfolio of prime office properties. Preparing detailed client reports and contributing to strategic asset plans. Leading tenant relationships, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring lease compliance. Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and expenditure. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation across the portfolio. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance asset value. Driving innovation through PropTech initiatives for improved management services. Qualifications and Experience Essential that you are a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor. Proven experience in commercial property management. Strong knowledge of service charge budgets and client relationship management skills.
