Provide strategic and operational advice and direction to the senior management teams within their designated areas. Manage the work of the rest of the advisers, overseeing the allocation of case work, supervising advisors and ensuring that the client's people strategy targets are achieved at an operational level. Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with HR procedure, acting as advisor as and when required. Lead and manage staff in resolving complex employee relations issues that create significant risk to the client and/or instructs or strongly influences those leading those issues on approach. Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, mergers, or new processes. Working Hours:
36 per week, Full time, Mon - Fri Requirements:
Proven experience in HR, particularly in employee relations and HR Business Partner. Strong business partnering and change experience. Relevant qualifications or degree in Human Resources or similar.
