As
Head of Estates , you will lead as the primary customer relationship manager for a mixed-use property portfolio across the Midlands and Wales. You’ll manage a team of four Building Surveyors, a Facilities Manager, and further support from the wider matrix team. From commercial properties to charity shops and care homes, your role will have a significant and meaningful impact across a diverse range of environments.
Your expertise in technical property management and your knack for building strong customer relationships will be key to delivering the property Vision, supported by a large in-house team of property experts who speak your language. You won’t be doing this alone, as you’ll be backed by a national team working alongside you.
You’ll bring extensive experience managing reactive and planned maintenance across mixed-use portfolios, operationally and at a programme level, backed by a background in building surveying or construction.
This is more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to work in a flexible role that fits your life, with the option to work remotely or use one of their many offices. You’ll work 35 hours per week, with holidays starting at 25 days plus bank holidays, a great pension scheme, and plenty of additional perks. You’ll also travel across the Midlands and Wales, supported by a fully expensed car. This is a peripatetic role where you’ll be paid from the moment you leave your house, with all expenses covered.
