Tenant and Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on property performance and advising on potential opportunities or challenges. Qualifications and Skills
Essential: Proven experience managing commercial properties, ideally with a portfolio focused on Central London and South East England. Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law, service charge regulations, and health and safety requirements. Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management and reporting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable: MRICS qualification or working towards accreditation. Experience managing high-profile or complex assets.
