UK Sales Director - Commercial

to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing team, and shape the future of our sales strategy. This hybrid role offers flexibility with a combination of client site visits, office work, and home-based responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Report to the UK VP of Sales and lead a team of approximately ten sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Focus on securing bookings from new and existing clients, managing performance against key targets, and building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring rigorous qualification processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-sales, Delivery, and Marketing, to enhance sales outcomes. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Ensure CRM accuracy and use data insights to inform decision-making. Support recruitment, development, and performance management within the team. Qualifications

Proven success in positioning and selling business transformation consulting services for enterprise clients with over 10 years’ experience. Evidence of long-term client engagements and C-level relationships. A minimum of five years’ experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals. Expertise in building relationships with senior executives across client organisations and partners, such as Microsoft and Hitachi. Commercially astute with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
