up to £80,000 plus a Welcome bonus of up to £10,000 and a Relocation Allowance of up to £8000

Clinical Director

Hours:

40 hours per week across 4 days plus 1:3 Saturdays

Avenue Vets are looking for a Clinical Director to join our team. We are a successful, high-performing practice located in Grantham, Lincolnshire, with a small branch practice in the nearby village of Bottesford. We have a strong and supportive Practice Manager to help lead the team along with our Head Nurse, Nursing Manager, and Head Receptionist. Additionally, our area structure provides excellent support for those considering their first step into management.

Meet the Team Our close-knit team consists of 3 full-time vets, 2 part-time vets, 5 RVNs, 4 VCAs, and a strong support team who feel more like family than colleagues. We foster a supportive environment, encouraging our team to enhance their skills. Currently, we are excited to be supporting a dental certificate and encourage professional development in our staff.

About the Practice Our well-established practice is centrally located in Grantham, a market town in the South Kesteven district of Lincolnshire, England. We are situated near the train station with direct services to London in just over an hour and conveniently located next to the A1 and A52. Grantham is bounded to the west by the A1 road.

We are well-equipped with four consulting rooms, two operating theatres, a separate cattery, kennels, an isolation ward, in-house lab facilities, digital radiography, ultrasound, and dental x-ray.
