Head of Engineering

The Role As Head of Engineering, you will:

Lead a dynamic and ambitious department, driving curriculum innovation and excellence. Teach and inspire students across Key Stages 4 and 5, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to thrive in the modern world. Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to provide real-world learning opportunities and enhance student outcomes.

What We’re Looking For A qualified teacher (QTS required) with strong subject knowledge in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in teaching Engineering to a high standard at Key Stage 4 and 5. A leader with vision, ambition, and the ability to inspire both students and colleagues. A commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes and driving departmental success.
