Access Control Engineer

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary:
Up to £55,000 per annum (PAYE)
About the Role:
We are recruiting for an
Access Control Engineer
to join a well-established facilities maintenance provider specializing in high-end residential environments. Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and maintain access control systems, intercoms, and CCTV systems across high-end residential properties. Diagnose and repair faults in access control systems efficiently to minimize downtime. Conduct regular testing and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to provide a seamless and professional service. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations. Keep up to date with new technologies and systems within the access control field.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in access control, intercom, and CCTV systems installation and maintenance. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of high-end residential or commercial environments is advantageous. Familiarity with a range of access control brands and systems. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for system maintenance.
