We are currently representing a growing and ambitious organisation seeking a
Warehouse Manager
to join their team in Kilrea. This role will be instrumental in overseeing the seamless dispatch and delivery of goods across GB, NI, and ROI, as well as managing customer service processes to uphold the company's stellar reputation. What you'll do: Lead and manage dispatch processes to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries. Oversee customer enquiries, delivery updates, and returns, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Manage online web transactions and payments, collaborating with third-party delivery and installation partners. Work closely with internal teams (including the web and warehouse teams) to meet high customer expectations. Oversee transport and dispatch documentation and booking schedules. What we're looking for: Proven leadership experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment. Strong process management and delegation skills. Exceptional ICT skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel. A detail-oriented and organised communicator who inspires their team. What's on offer: A full-time role,

£37,500 - £40,000
