Please see new freelance Site Manager role below. 300 - 320 Per Day Basingstoke 10 Months Start Date: Middle of February 2025 One of our established clients is currently looking for a Number 1 Site Manager to oversee and run a £6 million new build industrial unit job from the first phase to the final stage of handover. The right candidate's main responsibilities will include: Overseeing subcontractors Liaising with the client Ensuring the project is on track Ensuring work is completed to a high standard Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed The right candidate will have the following qualifications: CSCS Card SMSTS Certificate First Aid at Work We are looking for the right person to start in the middle of February; however, we will be looking to conduct team calls the first week of January.
