Acting as the primary point of contact for customers. Providing timely updates and addressing inquiries. Building strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Proven project management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong understanding of quality management systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proactive and self-motivated approach. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in additive manufacturing. Customer-facing experience. Project management experience.
