Are you a confident, self-motivated, and commercially driven individual with a passion for retail? Our client is seeking an energetic and dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join their centre management team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy and varied environment and loves building strong relationships.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the key liaison between individual stores and the centre management team. You'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing the centre's commercial and asset strategy, utilising your exceptional communication skills to ensure smooth operations and high levels of satisfaction among retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Collate and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly occupier sales data, identifying areas of growth and risk, and producing trend analysis reports. Feedback Delivery:

Provide regular updates to clients and management teams regarding retailer performance and issues. Relationship Building:

Conduct regular visits to occupiers to maintain positive relationships, gain feedback, and provide support. Customer Service Excellence:

Focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Induction and Training:

Lead the induction of new occupiers and store managers, and develop training programmes tailored to their needs. Event Management:

Manage retailer events and ensure they are well-coordinated with the centre team. Sales Growth Initiatives:

Engage occupiers in sales growth opportunities such as events, promotions, and marketing activities. Perks:
