Group HR Manager Engineering Manufacturing
Group HR Manager role in Bristol (Manufacturing/Engineering) Are you an HR Manager looking for a new role? Have you got experience working in the Engineering and Manufacturing role and looking for a role managing 3 sites? The Role The purpose of this role is to provide a full range of HR generalist support from an operational and strategic perspective to align the businesses. Working closely with the senior leadership teams and line managers acting as a trusted advisor to ensure that the people agenda is reflected in all business decisions. This includes: Leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of the people strategies that support the organisation in achieving its vision, mission, and strategic goals. Managing people budgets encompassing recruitment, training & development, employee engagement, and wellbeing. Coaching and supporting line managers to become confident in managing their teams. Overseeing training and development activities. Developing people policies and processes. Managing recruitment and onboarding processes. Overseeing employee benefits provision including pensions, life assurance, employee assistance programme, private health. Taking lead role in all employee relations activities to ensure the business remains compliant with employment law. Skills, Qualifications and Experience: CIPD level 7 in Human Resources management Experience within Engineering or Manufacturing industries Proven experience in a similar role Coaching and developing managers in people management skills Up to date knowledge of employment law Happy managing multiple sites The Company:
