The Partners are looking to speak with an experienced litigator to defend claims mainly arising out of the construction industry including architects, project managers, quantity surveyors as well as other professionals associated with the sector.

This is a highly regarded team in the Bristol market. The Partners are looking for talented technical lawyers ideally with some professional indemnity experience who are looking for a firm where they can develop their career. Caseload of pre-litigation and post-litigation liability claims arising from the construction industry Mix of professional indemnity insurer work and direct client work Full range of work from lower level to high-value, complex work running into £millions Opportunity to get involved in business development and other client-related initiatives from client seminars to thought leadership. You will also gain exposure to regulatory and risk management issues as well as policy coverage aspects of the claim.
