Our client, a full-service national law firm, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor/Associate with 3-5 years PQE to join their Private Client team in Manchester, recognized by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
The successful candidate will be involved with the following:
Estate planning, including the preparation of complex wills and lifetime trusts
Multi-generational estate planning
Tax-efficient business structures and wealth protection
Pre-sale planning
Estate administration
Deeds of variation
Lasting powers of attorney/court of protection/deputyship applications
Assistance with elderly parents and vulnerable dependants
Will disputes
The team works regularly with ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs, family businesses, and corporate professionals on private wealth and family legal matters, providing the same high-quality service and insight as they would expect in their business lives.
Job Specific Skills and Competencies/Personal Qualities:
3-5 years PQE
Experience in dealing with a range of private client matters
Passionate about helping clients
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to keep calm and work to tight deadlines
