Elite Touch Group are working closely with their well-established client who is seeking a Fee Earning Conveyancer to join their busy and profitable office in Southend.
The successful candidate will have experience of taking on and managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision; ideally, they would be post-qualification, but if you have pre-qualification experience in running a caseload, you are still encouraged to apply.
Main Duties to include: Communicating with clients, agents, brokers, and third parties by telephone, email, and letter. Setting up, maintaining, and running a good size caseload from start to finish, including exchange, completion, registration, and archiving. Submitting searches, receiving and reviewing mortgage offers, reviewing the title documents and protocol documentation, raising additional enquiries, and reporting to clients on all the above. Dealing with enquiries received and researching where necessary to supply responses, liaising with third parties including management companies, councils, lenders, and estate agents. Dealing with all types of residential matters from sales, purchases, and remortgages to transfers of equity, private charges, severance of joint tenancies, registration of possessory titles, and more.
