P&L responsibility . Enjoy the autonomy to develop a business plan, lead a dynamic team, and drive revenue and profitability goals. Access to robust training and development programs to support your professional growth. Oversee branch operations, including service managers, technicians, and administrative staff. Develop and implement a strategic business plan to meet and exceed revenue and gross profit goals. Drive business development through geographic expansion and new service offerings. Lead a professional sales organization, ensuring accountability for conversion rates, revenue, profitability, and customer service. Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to sustain a high-performing, KPI-driven team. Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring the delivery of same-day service and superior customer experiences. Collaborate with the executive team to design and execute comprehensive training and onboarding programs. Champion safety and compliance through effective OSHA/Safety protocols. Qualifications: Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams at all levels. Strong business acumen and the ability to create and execute strategic business plans. Excellent analytical skills, using KPIs and data to drive decisions and actions. Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally within the organization. Experience/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (preferred). 5+ years of managerial experience in the service industry, with a track record of P&L accountability, sales, and customer service.
