Job Description What’s in it for you?

This is a versatile role, whether you are an experienced Internal Business Development Manager looking to develop your career, or new to property finance. You will be provided with a high degree of autonomy, established funding lines, and an excellent financial reward (with discretionary quarterly and annual bonus payments). Supported with a bespoke training programme to give you all the tools required to succeed.

This role comes with excellent growth opportunities within a busy and exciting team. The pathway and progression for this role could be into a client-facing position. Initially, relationships are phone-based, and you'll support our External Business Development Managers.

The team You’ll be joining an experienced and well-established sales function of 9 people. It is a fun, fast-paced and successful team that is part of a wider Residential Lending team, including Credit and Client Servicing functions.

What will you be doing?

Manage, build and nurture relationships with existing and new brokers alike, providing indicative terms over the phone/ via email, and follow-up on prospective deals to see them through to successful application.

Focus on developing long-term relationships with brokers that deliver repeat business, whilst providing an exceptional customer experience.

We’re always trying to work smarter. You’ll play a key role in implementing new sales and marketing campaigns, whilst improving your effectiveness as an IBDM, which we will 100% support you with.

Qualifications Ideally, you’ll have:

You’ll be able to demonstrate success in a KPI/targeted sales environment.

You have experience working at a lender, including bridging loans.

Exceptional phone manner and communication skills, always with a customer focus.
