Our client based in Culham is seeking a motivated individual who is eager to get their foot into the Procurement world or someone who is looking to expand their Procurement knowledge. You will be supporting the Procurement Specialist in handling and managing all contracts and tenders in a timely manner. You will be interacting with new clients, ensuring they have all the correct details while building that all-important relationship.

CIPS training included!

Your responsibilities include, however are not limited to: Managing the tendering process to ensure compliance with all procurement regulations. Providing professional advice to all clients to ensure they have all required details within their contracts, tenders, and framework agreements. Monitoring compliance. Ensuring the smooth running of the Procurement function. Chasing POs. Being the first point of contact for all new clients and responding to any questions or queries they may have. Monitoring our clients' spending on low value, high volume items, as well as high value contracts. Researching and identifying potential new areas of supply for new clients and contracts. Identifying areas for improvement in Procurement processes. The successful candidate must have high attention to detail, passion, and a willingness to learn, as this is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to kick start your career within Procurement.

If you do have Procurement experience and are looking to expand your skill set, previous experience working within the public sector would be a great advantage! Title:

£28,000 - £33,000 per annum Location:

Culham, Oxford Working Days/Hours:

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week - Hybrid working, 2 days office, 3 days home!
