This is an outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join their growing Real Estate team. They have one of the strongest specialist real estate teams in the country and have a fantastic reputation in Leeds.
The role will include dealing with Real Estate matters such as:
Landlord and tenant;
Acquisitions and disposals;
Development;
Corporate support;
Financing transactions.
What they are looking for:
3+ years PQE;
Strong commercial real estate experience in private practice;
Proven capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets;
Proven experience of handling own caseload, working to and managing deadlines.
