Based in Knutsford, the successful candidate will manage various HR administrative duties, supporting the team and contributing to overall employee satisfaction. Client Details Our client is a distinguished entity in the Transport, Distribution and Logistics sector, boasting of a large workforce spread across the UK. They are well-known for their commitment to excellence and their consistent delivery of top-notch services to their vast customer base. Description Handling HR-related documentation and records. Assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts. Providing first-line advice on current HR policies and procedures. Supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations. Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data. Coordinating HR projects and meetings. Supporting in staff induction processes. Handling employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Profile A successful HR Administrator should have: A degree in Human Resources or related field. Established background in HR practices, such as starter and leaver management. Confidence in supporting a multifaceted business, capable of adapting to the needs of the business. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Knowledge of labour laws.
