Ready to advance your financial career with De Vere? As a Management Accountant at De Vere, you will

play a crucial role in supporting our Central Finance team at our Head Office in Harrogate, who oversee the financial operations of our hotels and event venues in the UK. You will work closely with the Group Finance Director and the finance team, providing strategic leadership to the De Vere Property Finance Teams. Your responsibilities will include managing the Management Accounts function, overseeing month-end accounting processes, producing reports, completing head office accounts, as well as internal audits and supporting external audits. This is a Full Time role working 40 hours per week - after the initial training period Hybrid working will be available to include 2 days from home per week. Skills and Experience required for the role of Management Accountant

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector. Technical Skills:

Intermediate level Excel skills are essential; group intercompany accounting experience is preferable. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Communication:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams. Qualifications:

Studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, etc.) - study support will be provided. The Pay & Benefits:
