Job Description Conduct thorough reviews of client documentation for accuracy and completeness. Ensure that all client documentation complies with industry and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any documentation discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to improve documentation procedures. Maintain strict confidentiality of client information. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations. Report any irregularities or concerns to the appropriate management. Contribute to team meetings and participate in professional development opportunities. The Successful Applicant A successful Client Documentation Reviewer should have: An educational background in Banking, Financial Services or a related field. Proficiency in reviewing and understanding complex documents. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with property industry standards and regulations. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
