They are looking for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator / Valuer looking for their next step up, who will be managing a professional team and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Alongside staff management, which will involve staff training, coaching, and performance reviews, you will be generating new Estate Agency business, carrying out valuations, instructing properties to market, and driving the business forward. Key Skills Required for the Estate Agent Sales Manager / Valuer Role:
Estate Agency experience is essential
Business generation and Valuation experience required

Working Hours - Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays with time off in lieu.
