We are currently seeking a forward-thinking Management Accountant for a key role within the Accounting & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial health and making key decisions based on financial analytics. Client Details Our client is a reputable company in the Manufacturing sector. With a team of over 1000 dedicated employees, they have a strong market presence in the Caerphilly area and are renowned for their commitment to high quality and innovation. Description Preparing financial statements and reports. Developing efficient methods for accounting and financial record-keeping. Analysing financial data and preparing reports on the findings. Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities. Collaborating with auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date. Creating and presenting financial and tax strategy recommendations to management. Participating in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership. Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: ACCA, ACA, CIMA Proficiency in data analysis and statistical forecasting. Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.). Understanding of data analysis and forecasting. Working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (e.g. SAP). Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Job Offer A competitive salary, ranging from £40,500 to £50,000 per annum. A holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays, with an additional 5 days on site.
