Senior Accountant

Full-Time Salary:
£32k to £38k salary (depending on experience)
We are working with a rapidly growing accountancy practice based on the Wirral and are seeking a full-time Senior Accountant who can hit the ground running.
You will be given a portfolio of clients to manage ensuring that all HMRC and Companies House filing deadlines are met.
They are looking for someone who has had experience in practice in a similar role, ideally more than three years experience and should be qualified in ACCA or ACA. Part Qualified will be considered dependent upon experience.
Duties: Completion of statutory accounts & Corporation Tax returns for sole traders through to Limited companies Individual Tax Returns Client bookkeeping Preparation and review of VAT returns Liaising with Clients, both face to face and over the telephone Corresponding with clients & HMRC Dealing with a varied client base Knowledge of Xero, Quickfile and Tax Calc desirable Use of Microsoft 365 is essential The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes: Highly self-motivated and reliable Excellent interpersonal skills Team player Be able to manage, organize and prioritize their own workload Good decision maker Competent with modern day technology What is on offer: £32k to £38k salary (depending on experience) Company pension Target driven productivity bonus Flexible working between home and office Work with a relaxed and fun team Financial Support for CPD and additional training Professional Subscriptions paid for Mobile Phone For more information, please contact the below:
