The Cash & Banking Clerk is responsible for providing effective, efficient financial and administrative operations for all incoming and outgoing cash. Cash & Banking tasks include posting daily banking receipts from multiple portals, obtaining missing remittances when required, query investigation such as under/overpayments, discounts taken, and any other discrepancies. Working with the team to reduce unapplied cash and credits and achieving the targets set. Improving cash allocation automation rates and assisting with cash flow forecasting. Additional tasks will include intercompany processing and providing cover where required. What you’ll do: Managing daily banking receipts from multiple platforms Running, analyzing, and reviewing weekly unapplied reports – working to achieve KPI Investigating payment differences, liaising with other AR team members to resolve Dealing with monthly intercompany process for EMEA Capacity to help with ongoing project testing

What we’re looking for: GCSE or equivalent in Math’s/English. Preferred area of study: AAT/ICM Minimum 1 year accounting experience within a Shared Service Center Work experience with ERP (SAP) and excellent Excel skills (including lookups and pivot tables) Experience with financial data analysis Preferred certification AAT, ICM, or equivalent High attention to detail Demonstrate accuracy and pay attention to detail, meet deadlines Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
