HR Administrator

based in

Birmingham. £30,000 Full time and Permanent Please note that this is a

fully office-based

role. Key Responsibilities

Manage HR administrative tasks including the full employee lifecycle. Manage employee enquiries. Assist in the production of HR metrics. Manage the work experience and intern programme. Manage the recruitment process, as well as the onboarding process. Assist in a range of activities and provide necessary support to the wider HR team. About You

Previous experience working as a HR Administrator. Familiarity with UK employment legislation. Experience with Payroll is preferred. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, SharePoint. Ability to critically examine information for accuracy and quality. Previous experience with Recruitment. Able to work in a team with people at all levels of the organisation. Confidential & trustworthy; understand the importance of handling sensitive data. Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
