The role We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our motivated and growing team. We are a fast-moving, agile team made up of experienced engineers that take pride in our work. You will be involved in the development of the next generation of Numan products and have a direct impact on shaping the future of the company. You’ll be: Instrumental in building a health platform that helps our patients take better care of themselves. Hands-on with coding, best practices, appropriate tools and technologies. We are currently using Python/Django and TypeScript/Node.js in the backend, and TypeScript/Next.js in the frontend. Mentoring and guiding less experienced colleagues to help them up their game and become better engineers. Contributing towards building a positive team culture and proactively identifying opportunities and action plans. Guiding technical projects by working closely with our designers, product managers and marketers. Working with other parts of the business in clarifying requirements at the onset of projects and suggesting different and relevant technical approaches or solutions. Participating in hiring activities for growing talent in your team. We’re looking for someone who: Wants to build products that can truly have a fundamental positive impact on people's lives. Has experience in designing, developing and consuming web APIs. Is experienced working with distributed systems and building modern, scalable web applications. Is a strong Backend Engineer working with languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Python, Django or Rails. Has worked with modern JS frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Nuxt, Vue etc.) Is experienced with database systems, relational and non-relational. Is used to working with agile development methodologies with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Has incredible attention to detail and cares deeply about the end product.
