Digital Content Delivery Manager - FTC (6 months) Location:

You will manage your own workstack, ensuring the successful delivery of critical product/proposition areas on time and within budget. you’re a highly collaborative self-starter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You work well within a team and have the right experience (ideally in Financial Services, although telecoms or utilities experience is also valuable) to hit the ground running. You’ll be a curious and proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous upskilling, working closely with UX, copy, and production teams to deliver best-in-class digital content. About the team you will be joining:

You’ll be embedded in the client’s digital content team with direct responsibility for managing your workload against available resources. As a content lead for your business area, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful digital solutions. What you will be doing:

Taking responsibility for planning and prioritising work based on its value to the business. Producing best-in-class responses to business and marketing briefs, applying content strategy principles and content marketing best practices. Supporting stakeholders in shaping the digital response to wider business challenges, including providing recommendations on UX, SEO, copy, and build approaches. Advising stakeholders on the use of AEM components, considering technical constraints and opportunities. Proactively managing stakeholder relationships by providing clear, regular updates and reporting on project progress and challenges. Coordinating resources through established forums and processes. Project managing responses from brief through to delivery. Using CMS tools and SEO analysis to enhance web traffic and visibility. Leveraging analytics to generate actionable insights for stakeholders and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes. Ensuring adherence to accessibility, SEO, and user experience guidelines, keeping up to date with the latest standards and best practices. Collaborating with team members to ensure content is on brief, on brand, and rich in terms of both text and visual representation. Managing your time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met with quality deliverables. What you need to be great in this role:

Great technical knowledge:

You’ll be familiar with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and able to provide advice on technical constraints and possibilities. SEO expertise:

Proven experience in optimizing content for search engines. Analytics expertise:

You’ll be confident in analysing data to uncover actionable insights, creating reports, and making data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills:

You’ll have excellent skills in maintaining and strengthening relationships through proactive updates, clear reporting, and effective communication. Problem-solving abilities:

You should possess the confidence and critical thinking skills to thoroughly interrogate briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. Strong communication skills:

Excellent writing and editing skills, with a good understanding of website best practices, information architecture, and accessibility standards. A collaborative nature and high levels of curiosity:

You’ll have a self-starter attitude with a desire to upskill by working closely with UX, copy, and production teams. Strong time management skills:
