Director of Building Surveying
to strengthen their Manchester office due to an increase in workload from both existing and new clients.
The consultancy has ambitious expansion plans and currently employs 80 staff members, with 40 in the commercial building consultancy team. The Manchester office has six building surveyors and is seeking commercially minded individuals who can deliver fees and enjoy the business side of the profession.
The role involves a mix of projects and surveys, with a strong emphasis on project work.
