Our client is seeking a

Training and Communications Specialist

to be responsible for delivering the training and communications workstream on all new projects and expansion efforts for the UK and EMEA.

Whilst this role has a focus on change management communications, the core area of expertise required is

Fieldglass Training . The role includes writing effective change management communications and plans for implementation, with a large proportion of tasks focused on delivering training to multiple users of the technology.

The Trainer is responsible for providing training and support for users of the system. The trainer helps users understand the system's features, such as master data, associations, and administrative information. The training covers both basics and advanced levels of SAP Fieldglass, which includes an understanding of the User Interface.

The role requires the individual to work with the implementation project management team on a day-to-day basis, gain an understanding of the customer-tailored product through design workshops plus UAT, and deliver the necessary training to various users internally and externally.

Essential requirements

for the role include experience in delivering training to end clients and in-house users on either the Fieldglass system or another similar VMS (Beeline, Wand, etc.).

A training candidate from an RPO or similar background would be ideally suited.

This is a mainly remote role with occasional travel to London or Luton.
