Birmingham (Hybrid) Investigo is partnered with an industry-leading organisation who are continuously improving and innovating their digital presence operating with best-in-practice technology. They are looking for a Lead Test Analyst to join and help lead their testing capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to every stage of the software development life cycle, leading a small team and helping them take full ownership of testing processes from development through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading from the front with strong collaboration across teams, this role is perfect for you. To be considered for this QA Engineer role, you need: 5+ years as a Test Analyst and at least 2 years in a senior position with exposure to mentoring a small team of up to 3 testers Strong manual testing experience, covering system, integration, and regression testing Qualified to ISTQB Foundation or Practitioner level Experience communicating goals to the team and working closely with the Test Manager Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Experience with SAP and Payroll Testing Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal This is a permanent position with a salary up to £50,000 and benefits on offer. As well as having amazing progression opportunities, the organisation are looking to move quickly with the right candidate and so an immediate start is possible. You will be required to travel to the office 1 day a week.
