The primary focus of this role is to support our Business Manager in growing the location and expanding our driving recruitment services. Business Development Consultant Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Proactively secure new vacancies through dynamic sales and business development initiatives. Deliver comprehensive recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff, expertly managing the entire process from start to finish. Consistently meet and exceed targets for acquiring new clients and scheduling service meetings. Generate valuable leads for sales activities from a diverse range of sources. Achieve daily and weekly targets for speculative calls and client meetings. Promote other divisions or brands within the Gi Group effectively whenever possible. What We're Looking For in our Business Development Consultants: While previous recruitment experience is highly valuable, we are equally excited to connect with individuals who excel in sales. The ability to think creatively and adapt quickly is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others are vital.
