in the Fraud team. This is a Hybrid role, the Fraud team work from our Cardiff Offices 3 days per week. What You’ll Be Doing

Investigate alerts and identify new fraud trends. Manage and prioritise workload based on fraud risk. Analyse evidence and conduct thorough investigations. Make recommendations to improve fraud controls and processes. Handle fraud investigations end-to-end, including customer contact when needed. Use judgement and experience to minimise customer inconvenience while preventing losses. We’re Looking For

1 year’s+ experience in a Fraud or similar role. Investigative approach and curiosity to figure out new types of fraud trends. Logical, proactive and confident in suggesting improvements to processes. Strong verbal, written and analytical skills. Quick learner who is comfortable working independently across multiple systems. Interested in learning SQL and able to use Excel to interrogate data. Diversity & Inclusion
