Assist in all stages of business plan modelling, structuring, valuation, implementation, and vesting. Lead on building tracking, monitoring, and reporting. Contribute to investment cases, execution, post-deal integration and tracking, monitoring, and reporting. Support in governance and pipeline management. Conduct financial analysis and valuation, develop models, and prepare documentation and presentations. Support in evaluation of key factors like accounting implications. Skills:
Strong quantitative and analytical skills in financial modelling, with a solid grasp of accounting, financial statements, and forecasts/projections. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and project management. Good communication skills and able to build relationships across the organisation. Additional European languages are a plus.
