Own the Details : Manage and update customer data with accuracy on our company database. Be the Go-To Expert : Set up and amend customer contracts and services with precision. Customer-Centric Focus : Handle queries and requests professionally, ensuring we deliver on our service promises. Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with internal departments to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. Drive Results : Meet and exceed daily and weekly database administration goals. Keep Things Clear : Provide clear instructions to company locations about service changes. Follow Best Practices : Uphold and enforce departmental processes and procedures. Minimum Requirements:
