Role Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food and beverage management? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Food and Beverage Unit Supervisor. As a Food and Beverage Unit Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a dynamic unit dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This involves overseeing up to 7 tills and offering a diverse selection of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and hot food. Requirements Experience in a Supervisory role within the Food and Beverage industry is essential Take full ownership of the unit, setting a positive atmosphere and energy. Lead by example, driving best practices to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the commercial growth of the business. Conduct briefings with front-line staff, setting expectations for the event day and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard. Ensure all staff members adhere to Principality Stadium Events (PSE), food health and safety, and licensing policies and procedures. Provide effective leadership, mentoring, and inspiration to the team, fostering a culture of excellence in all aspects of their work. Oversee stock management processes, including date rotation, opening and closing counts, wastage, and transfers, ensuring accurate and timely entries into the stock system. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
