Mortgage Paraplanner , you will work directly with the Director, providing comprehensive support across a diverse range of complex residential and commercial mortgage cases. This is a remote role, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy while being an integral part of a high-performing team. If you have a knack for problem-solving and are passionate about navigating intricate mortgage scenarios, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a real impact. Mortgage Paraplanner Key Responsibilities Support the Director with residential and commercial mortgage cases, including clients with complex and unique income structures. Liaise with brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure a seamless process. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance throughout each case. Conduct in-depth research to match client needs with the most suitable mortgage solutions. Provide a consistently excellent level of service to ensure client satisfaction. The Mortgage Paraplanner Package Salary : £30,000 plus annual bonus. Hours : 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Fully flexible

Mortgage Paraplanner Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in residential and commercial mortgage administration or paraplanning. Strong knowledge of the mortgage market, particularly complex income structures. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
