We are seeking an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Redditch. This is a unique opportunity to work in an Ofsted-rated OUTSTANDING school, offering a supportive environment and excellent facilities. As a Geography Teacher, you will have the chance to inspire students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) and help shape their understanding of the world. This role is ideal for someone with excellent subject knowledge and behaviour management skills.

Job Role:

Full class teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and marking. Deliver engaging lessons in Geography to students across KS3 and KS4. Follow the National Curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet students’ diverse needs. Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management. Contribute to the wider school community, supporting extracurricular activities where possible.

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT). Excellent subject knowledge in Geography. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Experience teaching in a secondary school setting, ideally at KS3 and KS4. Familiarity with the National Curriculum.

Working as a Geography Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including: £160 - £220 a day, which equates to £31,200 - £42,900 per annum based on full-time work for a full school year. The option of PAYE or Umbrella. Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your day rate is accrued for PAYE candidates. Pension contributions. Location: This Geography Teacher role is based in Redditch and is easily commutable from nearby areas, including Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Alcester, Studley, Henley-in-Arden, and Barnt Green. The school offers onsite parking and has excellent public transport links.
