Role Overview
As a New Build & Shared Ownership Conveyancing Lawyer, you will:
Handle a diverse caseload of new build and shared ownership transactions
Guide first-time buyers and home movers through the conveyancing process
Work closely with developers' sales teams and mortgage brokers
Engage in business development and marketing activities
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a professional who:
Has 3+ years of experience in Conveyancing
Is confident in managing a busy caseload
Has strong technical knowledge of Residential Property and Land Law
Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Location
