Deliver insightful reporting and analysis on development activities, driving financial performance, managing risks, and partnering with sales teams to achieve budgets and forecasts. Lead budget creation, cash flow forecasting, and investment planning for your portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and accuracy for multi-year capex and sales forecasts. Enhance financial models, systems, and data quality, providing training and guidance to ensure robust and efficient development finance processes.
