Description This is a vital job in a special place. The Head of IT Services is a keystone role within the Corporate Services directorate. Encompassing all of IT service delivery across the Council and its wholly owned companies, this role is wide in remit and fundamental to successful service delivery across all our operations. Torbay is a glorious part of the UK. A magnet for tourists sitting on the beautiful Tor Bay and next to the stunning natural landscape of Dartmoor National Park.
