Job Overview The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is offering an exciting opportunity to join the largest third sector social care provider in Scotland as a Business Development Partner. You will have a key stake in driving the organisations excellent track record forward through securing contracts and driving sustainable growth. Responsibilities

Generate income through written proposals, funding applications, and presentations.

Produce high-quality tender submissions, grant applications, and marketing material.

Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and written skills.

Exhibit planning, time management, and organisational skills.

Work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications The successful candidate will have:

Direct experience in a business development role.

A proven track record of generating income.

A Full clean driving license and access to a car (desirable).
