CMA Executive is working with an award-winning SaaS organisation on the South Coast that has recently secured funding for further growth plans and is now searching for a new CFO to join their Executive Board and help lead the business through its next chapter of progress. If you are an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a history of completing fruitful transactions and a recent background relating to the Software and SAAS industry, then please read for further information.
Suitable Candidate for the CFO vacancy:
Fully qualified Accountant.
Previous engagement with third party funders, including Private Equity experience will be considered extremely beneficial. Having completed a fruitful shareholder exit/transaction for a business previously is desirable.
The role is best suited to someone with some experience of working within a mixture of SME and corporate background, with experience related to Software as a Service SAAS, B2B industries.
Experience of full financial leadership previously.
Knowledge of developing SAAS based KPI’s and metrics and subsequent Reporting.
Strong commercial acumen with an appetite to improve processes and be a self-starter.
