£35,360 per annum Working pattern:
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Key responsibilities: Management: Ensure the overall efficient and effective management of the contract, delivering high-quality and consistent catering services across all areas. Client Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Planning: Smoothly plan and allocate resources to deliver first-class service to clients and customers. Team Leadership: Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures. Financial Management: Deliver on the agreed financial budget, managing the operation in line with the budget.
