Job Description

Job Title: Head of Marketing and Communications Location: West London, (Hybrid Role) Salary: Circa £80,000pa, plus excellent benefits package to include: Pension, Life assurance, Health Cash Plan, Income Protection, plus many more. The Client: Our client is the National Assessment & Accreditation Body for the United Kingdom. They are appointed by government, to assess and accredit organisations nationwide. We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications to lead their business-wide marketing, communications and events strategy. Part of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to their Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of marketing and communications projects across the business. You and your team of four people will develop and deliver campaigns that contribute to the reputational and commercial growth of our client and support the market-leading accreditation and training services, that our client is well known for. The Role: Developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with Marketing & Sales strategy. Regularly reporting on all marketing activity to the executive and adjusting your team's approach in line with market feedback, analytic reporting and industry changes. Maintaining the client’s brand and developing their value proposition. Managing and developing clients’ social media strategy to improve customer and stakeholder engagement. Collaboration with various internal departments, sales, senior management, external affairs and product development team. The Candidate: You are already with or have previously worked in a senior marketing position for a multi-national company, preferably with accreditation experience. Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering a wide range of campaigns and marketing strategies. Experience with marketing accreditation services, would be advantageous but not essential. Ideally, with experience of internal corporate communications and employee engagement. A strong commercial mindset with an end-to-end project delivery experience. An ability to manage a multidisciplinary team (i.e. marketing, communications and events management.)
