Data Scientist - International Reinsurer, long-term contract I'm working with a leading reinsurer looking for individuals with a PhD in Statistics/Pure Maths or Epidemiology to join their team as a Data Scientist. This role is ideal for someone looking to move out of academia and into insurance. GLM experience is essential. They are looking for individuals with an excellent academic track record, advanced Python/R skillsets, and experience with various DS packages (e.g. NumPy, PyTorch, SciPy, etc.) looking to move into a commercial role.
