Addleshaw Goddard is seeking a Managing Associate for its Infrastructure, Projects & Energy (IPE) team within the Finance & Projects Department, located in Manchester. This full-time role requires a lawyer with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to provide expert advice to both public and private sector clients on a range of matters including energy and utilities, social infrastructure, and transport projects. Responsibilities in this role include drafting and negotiating commercial documents, managing transaction processes, and supervising junior colleagues. The role also involves a strong focus on business development and client engagement, as well as leading and nurturing junior talent within the team. Required profile:

Candidates should have a robust background in at least one of the sectors of Infrastructure, Energy, or Transport, possess excellent drafting skills, and demonstrate an ability to support complex transactions. A proactive approach to business development, client-facing confidence, and a commitment to fostering junior talent are also essential.
